Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Local Pickup Local pickup is available! All orders are ready for pickup within 1–3 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions and location details. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to collect your order.
Shipping Within Australia We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
Shipping Costs Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delays AL-IMAAN is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience.
